TikTok on an LED panel

Followers, total likes and videos of your TikTok account.

 You need: A TikTok developer account; the app must be approved by TikTok (or your account added as a sandbox target user) · About 10 minutes, plus TikTok's review

What it shows

Each value refreshes every 30 min. The view shows the TikTok icon, the name of what you follow, then each value with its title above it.

How to set it up

  1. Create a TikTok app

    In TikTok for Developers create an app, add Login Kit with the scopes user.info.basic and user.info.stats, and add the redirect URI below. Use Sandbox and add your account as a target user to try it before review. Copy the Client key and Client secret.

  2. Allow access

    Click the button and approve. Then copy the address of the page you land on.

    Then press Connect TikTok in DataPix.

  3. Paste the address of that page

  4. Add it

    In DataPix go to Views → Add a View → Social & community → TikTok, fill in the form, press Test to see real values, then Add. You can also add it to any view as one value: Add a value → App stat.

Updates every 30 minutes. The device renews the 24-hour token by itself (the login lasts a year).

The login is stored on this device only. Exported views never contain it.

Keys and sign-ins stay on your DataPix. Change or remove them any time under Accounts & API keys.
